It is therefore essential to embrace these interdependencies: analyzing high-risk supply chains, diversifying supply sources (geosourcing<\/i>), and forming new alliances (friendshoring<\/i>) remain top priorities. <\/p>\n
Innovation and improving operational performance<\/b> (process improvement, cost reduction, etc.) are two imperatives for virtually all companies.<\/p>\n
