The CUBIK Consultant’s Role<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n
<\/b>As a fully integrated member of the Cubik team, you will independently provide operational consulting services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: <\/p>\n\n- On the Development and Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Training Modules<\/li>\n
- As a coach for project managers in acquiring knowledge and achieving their goals<\/li>\n
- Providing methodological support for the production of key deliverables for improvement projects at the client’s site<\/li>\n
- Facilitating workshops during improvement projects<\/li>\n
- Designing, preparing, and facilitating workshops to help teams deliver<\/li>\n
- In project coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You will also be asked to analyze client needs and help develop proposals under the supervision of an experienced consultant. And of course, as a Cubik team member, you\u2019ll be involved in day-to-day firm operations: organizing events, implementing visual management systems, marketing, and more. The goal is to integrate you \u201cquickly\u201d into the team and equip you with methodologies that are valuable in both an operational career and a consulting role, as well as to help you develop your skills as a trainer, coach, and field consultant. <\/p>\n
Desired Qualifications<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n
<\/b>You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally gained in the industrial and\/or service sectors in roles related to continuous improvement, operational excellence, methods, or processes.<\/p>\n
Ideally, you have been trained in\u2014or even certified in\u2014Lean Six Sigma. You are drawn to consulting, training, and the richness of these professions. You possess strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to share knowledge, and a strong client-focused mindset. You want to gain more autonomy, share your passion, develop others\u2019 skills, and support Lean Six Sigma projects in a variety of settings. You want to help build a consulting firm on a human scale that \u201ckeeps things simple\u201d and fosters your entrepreneurial spirit. You\u2019re known for your ability to juggle different topics with ease. You\u2019re people-oriented. You prioritize others\u2019 success over your own, and you\u2019re someone others can rely on.
