Background<\/h1><\/div>

Following the merger of two mutual insurance companies, an Operational Excellence <\/b> programwas implemented to help the group adapt to the new market environment and the digitization of customer interfaces<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The members of the Executive Committee, who are the sponsors of this program, have decided to train the entire group and support these projects.<\/p>\n

It would have been a sure thing if:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • The entire chain of command has been established to support the Operational Excellence initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    The process:<\/b><\/h1><\/div>
      \n
    • 3 COMEX training seminars: raising awareness, defining the strategic plan, and getting things moving (7-Territory Model).<\/li>\n
    • Training of 25 Green Belt project managers responsible for the internal rollout of the Operational Excellence program.<\/li>\n
    • Training of more than 100 managers in the 5-axis model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Over the course of 18 months <\/b>, the implementation of this group training program had a significant impact on the corporate culture and <\/b>mobilized all stakeholders around key transformation <\/b> projects for the company. <\/b> <\/p>\n
