Background<\/h1><\/div>

The Transformation Division has launched joint transformation initiatives involving four universities. These initiatives aim to overhaul internal processes to improve simplicity, service quality, and operational efficiency. These projects provide an opportunity for the Transformation Department to launch a cultural transformation based on data analysis and skills transfer. <\/p>\n

It would have been a sure thing if:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • All trainees know how to lead teams in formalizing and simplifying processes.<\/li>\n
  • Participants are able to demonstrate the necessary rigor to keep the projects entrusted to them on track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    The process:<\/b><\/h1><\/div>

    Training of employees from various universities:<\/p>\n

    • Focus on cultural transformation and process transformation: developing managerial approaches and implementing managerial standards.<\/li>\n
    • Development of project management skills and acquisition of statistical tools.<\/li>\n
    • Certification based on a team-based practical case study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
