To support herd growth and improve profitability, it is essential to evaluate existing practices and propose an optimized business model for crop production.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mission Objective<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The objective wasto assess the potential for improving crop production on<\/strong> a 2,500-cow dairy farm spanning 500 ha, in order to support herd expansion and optimize resources.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Approach<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

To achieve this goal, we have:<\/p>\n

  • Conducted a technical assessment<\/strong> of crop production and identified areas for improvement;<\/li>\n
  • Defined a new business model<\/strong> related to crop production;<\/li>\n
  • Proposed an outsourcing strategy<\/strong> that included an impact assessment, terms of reference, and a transition plan to ensure optimized and sustainable production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
