The performance and sustainability of farms depend largely on the upkeep and maintenance of farm equipment<\/strong>. To ensure uninterrupted production and minimize downtime, it is essential to train local teams in best maintenance practices<\/strong> tailored to the specific conditions at each site.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mission Objective<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The goal wasto accelerate the development of<\/strong> local teams\u2019skills<\/strong> in agricultural equipment maintenance at all production sites, in order to improve equipment reliability and the overall performance of the farms.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Approach<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

To achieve this goal, we have:<\/p>\n

  • Co-developed a training module<\/strong> on the fundamentals of maintenance, tailored to the local context and on-the-ground realities;<\/li>\n
  • Incorporated best practices observed in other countries<\/strong> in order to offer effective solutions that can be implemented immediately;<\/li>\n
  • Led the training session<\/strong> to provide the teams with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed for the optimal maintenance of agricultural equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
