The localization of raw materials is a key strategy for ensuring supply security and industrial performance<\/strong> while strengthening the resilience of production chains in Africa. Ensuring the local availability of these resources helps optimize the production of nutritious foods and reduce dependence on imports.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mission Objective<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>

The goal was to ensure the performance and long-term viability of production and supply chain systems<\/strong> in Africa by relocating the production of some 30 raw materials used in nutritional foods.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To achieve this goal, we have:<\/p>\n

  • Assessed the potential for sourcing<\/strong> raw materials from various African countries;<\/li>\n
  • Developed several development scenarios<\/strong>, taking into account local needs and technical and economic feasibility;<\/li>\n
