The Project to Support the Revitalization of Agricultural Value Chains in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (PARFACI)<\/strong> aims to boost the productivity and sustainability of key agricultural value chains, including maize and soybeans. To guide these interventions, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within these value chains.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mission Objective<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The goal was to identify priority actions to be implemented in<\/strong> order to strengthen the performance and sustainability of the corn and soybean sectors, while facilitating their scaling up<\/strong> to meet the needs of the national and regional markets.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Approach<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

To achieve these goals, we have carried out:<\/p>\n

  • A detailed mapping of the supply chains<\/strong>, identifying key stakeholders, production pathways, and major points of vulnerability;<\/li>\n
  • An analysis of strategic areas of focus<\/strong>, enabling the identification of priorities for the sustainable development of the sectors;<\/li>\n
  • Support for scaling up<\/strong>, by identifying ways to improve the productivity, quality, and resilience of agricultural systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    This operational assessment provides a solid strategic foundation<\/strong> to guide PARFACI\u2019s decisions and actions.
