The development of an efficient and sustainable livestock and meat<\/strong> sector is a strategic driver for stimulating economic and social growth in Chad. The establishment of special industrial zones (ZIS)<\/strong> helps to structure and industrialize the sector while promoting investment and public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The goal wasto accelerate<\/strong> Chad\u2019seconomic and social development<\/strong> by establishing an efficient, sustainable, and industrialized national livestock and meat sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To achieve this goal, we have:<\/p>\n

  • Assessed the potential for industrialization<\/strong> of the livestock-meat sector on a national scale;<\/li>\n
  • Defined a 10-year development plan<\/strong>, including the establishment of special economic zones throughout the country;<\/li>\n
  • Detailed the investments, developed a financial model for the project, and clarified the roles of the stakeholders<\/strong> in order to ensure and optimize implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
