    A comprehensive maturity assessment is conducted for all entities to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and to prioritize strategic projects<\/strong> to be undertaken in the coming years.<\/p>\n

    3. Raising Awareness and Coaching Managers<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Managers and project leaders receive practical guidance on applying Lean methods to strategic projects, with an emphasis on the “Get it right the first time”<\/strong> and a rigorous approach to monitoring operations.<\/p>\n

    4. Establishment of a comprehensive management system<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Large projects are managed and monitored through the Obeya framework<\/strong>, using tools and processes that enable prioritization, monitoring, and risk anticipation.<\/p>\n<\/div>
