Against a backdrop of growing environmental challenges<\/strong> and increased competition in agricultural markets, theAlUla<\/strong> region is taking action to strengthen the economic viability<\/strong> and resilience<\/strong> of its farms. The development of multi-crop pilot farms<\/strong> is a key strategy for testing innovative practices and sharing expertise with local producers.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mission Objective<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The goal was to support and facilitate the modernization of farms in AlUla<\/strong>, while helping farmers develop their skills<\/strong>, in order to ensure stable production, optimize agricultural practices, and highlight the competitive advantages of local farms.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Approach<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

To achieve these goals, we have implemented a personalized approach:<\/p>\n

  • Identification of farm-specific strategies<\/strong> to strengthen their local differentiation and highlight their competitive advantages;<\/li>\n
  • Targeted deployment of investments<\/strong>, selected to modernize infrastructure, improve production systems, and support environmental sustainability;<\/li>\n
  • A training program for farmers<\/strong>, tailored to identified needs and newly introduced practices, designed to develop their technical and managerial skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    This program helps create a network of exemplary pilot farms<\/strong> capable of disseminating best practices throughout the region.
