At Cubik, we identify four key success factors that are essential to the implementation of a sustainable Lean® approach

A “meaning-driven” leadership team

Management plays a vital role in launching, monitoring, and ensuring the sustainability of the continuous improvement process.

Beyond a strong conviction, the Executive Committee’s commitment must be total.

Senior management provides direction, sets the course, and must be trained. We offer customized training programs to align management teams and ensure they speak the same language.

A pilot project that “embodies the method”

Diagnosis, defining the roadmap, training stakeholders, achieving early wins to build momentum and spread the word—these are all steps that need to be taken. That’s why Cubik recommends that the initiative be led by one or more internal project leaders.
In this context, we offer Lean Black Belt training programs that enable your internal leaders to acquire solid project management skills and develop their capacity to support the initiative.

Managers Who “Drive Performance”

Implementing a Lean approach requires a shift in managerial practices: managers no longer make all the decisions.

A structured and practical training program enables managers to find their new role within the organization.

Our Green Belt training programs are designed to help your managers acquire all of these key skills.

Teams “with expertise”

Expertise lies on the ground. That is why it is essential to involve teams in the process and to trust them. Each person, in their own role, contributes their expertise and is able to propose solutions to the issues that arise. We have also developed tailored, practical training programs that will enable your team members across all departments and sectors to grow within this approach.

The success of your Lean Durable® initiative thus depends on the involvement of everyone in the company, in a manner consistent with the phased rollout of your roadmap.

Our Lean Durable® Schools

Our four schools—in Paris, Nantes, Toulouse, and Lyon —are truly immersive learning environments dedicated to sustainable performance. Each location offers a unique educational setting, combining hands-on workshops, real-world scenarios, and spaces designed to explore Lean Durable® in all its forms.

Paris

Cookie Factory

In 2026, our Paris school transformed itself to immerse our students in the principles of Lean through a cookie-baking workshop. It was a fun and hands-on way to optimize workflows and draw lessons applicable to all sectors.

Nantes

Training Plant

In Nantes, you’ll experience Lean firsthand through a real-world training facility where 70% of the program is hands-on. It’s the perfect place to learn by doing, improve your processes, and embed the fundamentals of Lean Durable® in a modern, immersive setting.

Toulouse

Training Plant

Our school in Toulouse offers an immersive experience in a simulated industrial environment, allowing students to experiment and make rapid progress. It helps students understand the mechanisms of performance through a hands-on approach.

Lyon

Cookie Factory

In Lyon, you’ll learn about Lean by baking cookies in a teaching kitchen that combines education, a friendly atmosphere, and sustainable practices. It’s a unique sensory experience where you’ll optimize simple, practical workflows to better apply Lean principles in industry and services.

Our training programs lead to certification

At Cubik, our training courses go beyond simply teaching methods or tools: they also provide official recognition of the skills acquired. Our programs lead to certification, a factor that is often decisive for our learners:

  • We have been QUALIOPI-certified since 2020, ensuring the quality of our training processes.
  • We are also partners with INSA Rennes for the RNCP certification “Continuous Improvement Manager,” with UIMM for the CQP certification track “Lean and Continuous Improvement Coordinator,” and with CIPS —the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply —for our“Procurement & Supply” program.
  • Our training programs are listed with OPCO Atlas to facilitate funding, and some are eligible for the Répertoire Spécifique (RS), allowing for coverage through the CPF.

Because training is great. But training that’s recognized and adds value is even better.

Our Training Policies

Our Procurement Training Academies are rigorous, certification-based programs specifically designed to foster excellence in the procurement function and turn it into a true driver of performance for your company. Designed for both entry-level and experienced procurement professionals, these programs cover all key competencies: procurement strategy, negotiation, cost analysis, supplier risk management, and integration of CSR considerations.

Through a practical and immersive approach that combines theory, real-world case studies, and simulations, your teams will learn how to optimize spending, secure supplies, and maximize the value created by procurement. Whether it’s mastering market analysis tools, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, or managing supplier performance, our training programs provide a structured framework to strengthen the strategic contribution of the procurement function and highlight its impact within your organization.

Our open-enrollment training programs allow your employees to benefit from collaborative learning alongside professionals from various industries. These sessions, led by experts with hands-on experience, address the key challenges facing your organization and its various functions (procurement management, continuous improvement, etc.). By sharing feedback and best practices, your teams broaden their perspective and strengthen their ability to innovate. Ideal for small organizations or individual employees, these training programs offer maximum flexibility (dates, locations, formats) while maintaining a high level of expertise.

With our in-house training programs, we tailor our curricula directly to your business challenges, your culture, and your objectives. Whether you need to train a project team in a new methodology (such as Lean Six Sigma) or roll out a specific skill across an entire department (such as decarbonizing procurement), our trainers work right within your organization. The benefit? Customized content, practical case studies based on your actual operations, and simplified logistics (no travel required for your teams). The result: immediate and measurable skill transfer to your processes, with a direct impact on your performance.

Our e-learning courses offer a flexible solution for developing your teams’ skills, no matter where they are located. Through interactive learning paths (videos, quizzes, simulations) and online certifications, this approach allows everyone to progress at their own pace, while ensuring consistent skill development across your organization. Ideal for training large numbers of employees or for supplementing in-person training.

Because every organization has unique needs, we design customized training programs aligned with your strategic objectives. Whether you want to train a specific group (managers, operators, IT teams), implement a Lean culture on a large scale, or combine multiple formats (in-person, digital, coaching), our experts will work with you to develop a tailored skills development plan. From needs analysis to results evaluation, we support you to ensure a tangible ROI on your training investment.
