It has more than 100 members representing some 40 industries. ADRA was conceived as a dedicated space for dialogue among peers to share best practices. We led the revision of the NF X06-091 standard in 2023, which sets out “the competency requirements for improvement project managers and workshop facilitators”; it aims to define the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and professional conduct.
Francophone Supply Chain Management Association
The AFrSCM is an association that brings together professionals, experts, educators, and students committed to the development and promotion of supply chain management in the French-speaking world. Through its events, research, and initiatives to share best practices, the AFrSCM helps advance skills and strengthen collaboration within the supply chain community. The Toulouse Haute-Garonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) is a key player committed to regional industrial development. CIPS
CIPS is the leading professional organization dedicated to promoting and developing best practices in the procurement function worldwide. It has 64,000 members in 180 countries. Its members can participate in a continuing professional development program and earn a certification recognizing their acquired skills. Since 2017, we have been CIPS’s exclusive partner for France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg. We are the only group authorized to offer CIPS-accredited and certified training programs, ensuring international recognition of the skills acquired by teams who complete our training programs.
CNA
The CNA is a network of 22, 000 professional procurement members and organizes numerous events throughout the country, including the “Universités des Achats,” a flagship event that brings together more than 1,500 participants in Paris each year. Our group is a long-standing partner of the CNA; we have contributed to its reorganization and development, and have co-authored various white papers with the organization. We regularly participate in CNA events as speakers or sponsors to help foster engagement and drive innovation within the procurement ecosystem.
DOMSEEDS
Domseeds and the Cubik Group share a common vision of agriculture whose prosperity is based on structured and competitive supply chains. EcoLearn is a training organization specializing in sustainability. Its founders recognized that knowledge about corporate sustainability is poorly disseminated, that traditional learning methods are too theoretical, and that teaching approaches are generally not suited to working professionals in the corporate world. This partnership enables us to provide our respective clients with new, complementary skills that fully address today’s environmental and climate challenges.
EMC2
A competitiveness cluster created in 2005 by AIRBUS, STX FRANCE, AUTO CHASSIS INTERNATIONAL (RENAULT Group), DCNS, and BENETEAU, EMC2 aims to enhance the competitiveness of industrial players through innovation in western France (the Pays de la Loire region, as well as Brittany and Poitou-Charentes). EMC2 is developing an ecosystem of R&D excellence in production technologies across four main markets: aerospace, land transportation, naval, energy, boating, and industrial capital goods… The Nantes office collaborates with EMC2 at various events (seminars, etc.).
GIFAS & AERO EXCELLENCE
We are pleased to announce the launch of a strategic initiative in partnership with GIFAS, aimed at senior management in the civil aviation, space, and defense sectors. Designed for industry leaders, this seminar uses hands-on exercises to demonstrate how Operational Excellence and Aero Excellence™ can serve as a concrete driver of competitiveness and profitability. These “form’actions,” held across all our regions, establish a direct link between Operational Excellence and financial performance (economic gains, competitiveness, productivity, investment capacity, etc.) and identify the levers for generating tangible results.
HLP
As a trusted partner, the consulting and digital transformation firm HLP plays a key role in our efforts to improve our work environment. Through our collaboration with HLP, we have been able to design and implement signaling systems tailored to our needs in our Lean Durable® branches and training facilities. The MAPPSY solution developed by HLP enables industrial companies to digitize their entire performance management system, including machine data integration, facilitation of team rituals, problem-solving, manager rounds, and document management.
INSA RENNES
Our partnership with INSA Rennes offers you the opportunity to validate skill modules toward earning an RNCP certification (through the VAE process). This process allows for the recognition and certification of the professional skills you have acquired during our training programs. By completing our training programs and validating these skill sets with INSA Rennes, you will earn a certification recognized by the French government.

The French FAB
The frenchFAB collective brings together the industry’s ecosystems—companies, industrial sites, and regional stakeholders—to raise awareness, promote French industry abroad, accelerate the transformation of industry in France (technologies, etc.), and highlight training (initial, vocational, and continuing education). Our group is actively involved in this movement, notably with the launch of the FrenchFAB Loire-Atlantique chapter in October 2018 at our Lean Durable® school in Nantes.

NQT
Since 2006, NQT has been supporting recent college graduates with a three-year degree or higher, who are under 30 and come from low-income backgrounds, in their search for employment, work-study programs, or in launching their own startups. CUBIK has been a partner of NQT Pays de la Loire since 2023. Eight CUBIK mentors have already committed to the organization and regularly support young people in their efforts. Since 2024, as part of our partnership, we have also been offering spots to young people in our Yellow Belt certification courses at the Lean Durable® School in Nantes—a real opportunity for them to learn and expand their network.
