Mission Objective
The objective wasto assess the potential for improving crop production on a 2,500-cow dairy farm spanning 500 ha, in order to support herd expansion and optimize resources.
Our Approach
To achieve this goal, we have:
- Conducted a technical assessment of crop production and identified areas for improvement;
- Defined a new business model related to crop production;
- Proposed an outsourcing strategy that included an impact assessment, terms of reference, and a transition plan to ensure optimized and sustainable production.
