The performance and sustainability of farms depend largely on the upkeep and maintenance of farm equipment. To ensure uninterrupted production and minimize downtime, it is essential to train local teams in best maintenance practices tailored to the specific conditions at each site.
Mission Objective
The goal wasto accelerate the development of local teams’skills in agricultural equipment maintenance at all production sites, in order to improve equipment reliability and the overall performance of the farms.
Our Approach
To achieve this goal, we have:
- Co-developed a training module on the fundamentals of maintenance, tailored to the local context and on-the-ground realities;
- Incorporated best practices observed in other countries in order to offer effective solutions that can be implemented immediately;
- Led the training session to provide the teams with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed for the optimal maintenance of agricultural equipment.
Toward Competent and Self-Directed Teams
This initiative helps build local expertise, optimize the use of agricultural equipment, and ensure more reliable and sustainable production across all sites.
