Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit Europe
The Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit Europe (LHTSE) is an international event launched in 2014 to address a challenge faced by all healthcare facilities: how can we improve the daily lives of patients and healthcare staff?
With more than 10 editions and over 3,000 professionals in attendance, the LHTSE has become the premier event for healthcare professionals in French-speaking Europe, dedicated to the challenges of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
It brings together leaders, managers, operational teams, and experts from across Europe to address current challenges in the healthcare sector. The goal is to share best practices, explore innovative approaches, andcollaboratively develop concrete solutions to improve the quality of care and the patient experience.
The Summit offers a variety of formats:

- Hands-on workshops and speed learning sessions to explore Lean methods and tools in greater depth.
- Field visits (gemba) to observe practices in real-world settings and ask the teams questions.
