From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in our culture, our projects, and our values, and surrounded by a team ready to welcome you, share their experience, and help you succeed.
You’ll gradually learn about our methods, our hands-on projects in the field, and the diverse areas of expertise that make Cubik so unique. Every step of your onboarding process is designed to set you up for success and give you the independence and confidence you need to contribute right from the start.
Your Onboarding Journey at Cubik
At Cubik, we believe that onboarding isn’t limited to just the first day. It’s a comprehensive, step-by-step process designed to welcome you, guide you, and help you quickly find your footing within the team.
From preparing for your arrival to the completion of your onboarding, each step is structured to combine learning, immersion, and hands-on experience on our projects. You’ll discover our methods, tools, and projects, and most importantly, you’ll meet your colleagues and your mentor, who will support you throughout this journey.
The goal is clear: to give you the tools you need to succeed right from the start, to make you feel supported and engaged, while fully experiencing Cubik’s collaborative and stimulating culture.
Pre-Boarding: Even Before Your First Day
Before you arrive, we’ll have everything ready so you can get started under the best possible conditions:
- Your contract will be signed.
- Your paperwork will be ready.
- Your IT equipment will be set up and ready to use.
- Your mentor will be assigned to assist you.
Your First Day: Welcome and Orientation
On the big day, everything is arranged so that you’ll quickly feel at ease:
- A warm welcome from your new colleagues and a chance to get to know the team.
- Meet with your mentor—your point of contact.
- Learn about Cubik: tools, processes, and projects.
- A recap of your first day to answer all your questions and help you plan your next steps.
Your First Month: Learning and Becoming Independent
During your first few weeks, you will gradually be integrated into Cubik’s projects and culture:
- Track your skill-building journey to master our methods and tools.
- Practical first steps toward projects that will put your knowledge into practice.
- Scheduled time to talk with each team member to learn about their various roles and areas of expertise.
- Weekly check-ins with your mentor to get regular advice and feedback.
- Share your “Awe Report” to express your first impressions and suggestions.
Completion of the onboarding process
- Participate in the closing session of your onboarding to review your integration process, celebrate your early successes, and prepare for the next steps in your journey at Cubik.
