Six strategic projects were launched following an assessment of all business units to accelerate growth and ensure strong performance.

USE CASES
Engage teams and structure projects to turn growth into sustainable performance.
In a rapidly growing environment, companies and organizations must not only meet demand but also optimize their processes and engage all teams to ensure sustainable performance. A well-executed transformation initiative enables the practical implementation of a strategic vision by engaging and mobilizing all stakeholders.
Project Objectives
With the rise of the energy transition and increasing operational needs, some regional divisions have launched ambitious programs to improve their efficiency and overall performance. The main goal: to achieve successful growth while enhancing the quality, speed, and reliability of operations.
In this context, the transformation aims to:
-
Support the executive committee and project leaders in implementing change.
-
Develop a standardized methodology so that managers and project leaders can apply best practices consistently and sustainably.
The Approach
The approach is structured around several complementary areas:
1. Embracing Lean and Operational Excellence
The executive committee and managers are made aware of the principles of operational excellence in order to establish a common language and align the teams with strategic objectives.
2. Project Assessment and Management
A comprehensive maturity assessment is conducted for all entities to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and to prioritize strategic projects to be undertaken in the coming years.
3. Raising Awareness and Coaching Managers
Managers and project leaders receive practical guidance on applying Lean methods to strategic projects, with an emphasis on the “Get it right the first time” and a rigorous approach to monitoring operations.
4. Establishment of a comprehensive management system
Large projects are managed and monitored through the Obeya framework, using tools and processes that enable prioritization, monitoring, and risk anticipation.
The results obtained
The transformation has led to several tangible results:
-
A comprehensive maturity assessment of all entities.
-
Prioritizing Issues and Projects for the 2024–2026 Period.
-
The implementation of six strategic projects, already underway, with visible improvements in connection times and operational efficiency.
These initiatives help double or even triple certain key indicators, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement shared by teams and managers.
This approach shows that successful transformation is not limited to setting ambitious goals, but requires the active involvement of teams, rigorous management, and the application of proven methods to turn growth into sustainable performance.
