TheAlUla region has unique agricultural potential, both for food production and for high-value-added botanical resources. To support the sustainable development and competitiveness of these sectors, it is essential to assist local stakeholders in defining and implementing coherent and inclusive strategies.
Mission Objective
The goal was to support and facilitate the modernization of farms in AlUla, while helping farmers develop their skills, in order to ensure a stable supply of produce, optimize agricultural practices, and highlight the competitive advantages of local farms.
Our Approach
To achieve this goal, we have implemented:
- Coordinating assessment missions to identify the potential and specific needs of each agri-food and cosmetics sector;
- In-depth strategic studies to develop sustainable, resilient, and inclusive production systems that address economic, social, and environmental challenges;
- Developing operational recommendations to support the transformation of industry sectors, promote value creation, and strengthen competitiveness in niche markets.
