8 Lean initiatives implemented, creating a common language and a sustainable momentum for industrial transformation.

USE CASES
Accelerate industrial transformation through Lean Green and Black Belt training.
Against the backdrop of a global transformation of industrial activities, the implementation of structured Lean approaches helps improve operational efficiency while developing the skills of managers and project leaders. A Lean training program, combining Green Belt and Black Belt certifications, provides practical support for transformation projects by offering methods, tools, and on-the-ground guidance.
Project Objectives
Industrial companies undergoing transformation must manage complex projects within each operational unit, often led by managers or project leaders. In this context, Lean Management proves to be a powerful tool for accelerating transformation by structuring processes and rallying teams around shared standards.
The main objectives of this program are:
-
Train and engage managers in strategic projects.
-
Deliver practical, results-oriented training (Green Belt and Black Belt).
-
Foster the development of a Lean ecosystem, with sponsors, methodological advisors, and on-the-ground representatives.
The Approach
The program combines several components to maximize its impact:
1. Real-world training
Green Belt programs take place both at training facilities —where participants learn about and observe the best Lean standards (Kanban, pull systems, visual management 5/15/30), and directly at industrial sites, in order to adapt these concepts to operational realities and the specific challenges of aircraft maintenance operations.
2. Individual and Group Coaching
Each participant receives coaching sessions that help them translate theoretical learning into concrete actions for their continuous improvement projects.
3. Involvement of Management
Executive committees (CODIR) also participate in training sessions and receive on-the-ground support, ensuringstrategic alignment and support for transformation initiatives at all levels of the organization.
The results obtained
Since 2023, the program has made it possible to:
-
The completion of 8 training sessions with a satisfaction rating of over 9/10.
-
The establishment of a common set of Lean management standards for the entire organizational hierarchy.
-
Training and support for managers and project leaders at all levels of the DEA.
-
The development of concrete Lean projects that directly address economic and operational performance challenges.
This program perfectly illustrates how the combination of training, coaching, and on-the-job support not only helps spread the Lean culture but also delivers tangible results for the organization.
