The Approach
Preparation:
- Identify the challenges of implementing Lean Six Sigma.
- Identify relevant examples from field visits and transformation projects that have been initiated or already completed.
Awareness:
- Present the key issues and concepts of Lean Six Sigma by identifying its areas of application.
- Understanding the roles and responsibilities of leaders without implementing the process.
Black Belt Program Corporate:
- Illustrate the application of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods using concrete examples drawn from managers’ or operations’ day-to-day activities.
