Job Description
As a fully integrated member of the CUBIK team, your responsibilities will include:
– the production of key deliverables for improvement projects
– designing, preparing, and facilitating team workshops to help teams deliver results
– Coordination (PMO – Project Management Office)
– developing and facilitating Lean Six Sigma training modules
In addition, to support the firm’s growth, you’ll help design and draft value-added proposals for our clients. You’ll also be asked to analyze client needs and help develop proposals under the supervision of an experienced consultant. And of course, as a member of cubik, you’ll be involved in various aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations, such as organizing events, implementing visual management systems, and marketing.
Our goal is to “quickly” integrate you into our consulting and training team and to impart methodologies that will be valuable in both an operational career and a consulting role. We aim to help you grow not only technically and managerially, but also personally.

– As a communicator, you are comfortable with both written and spoken communication

– With extensive experience in operational Lean or Lean consulting
