Senior Consultant / Trainer

The CUBIK Consultant’s Role


As a fully integrated member of the Cubik team, you will independently provide operational consulting services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • On the Development and Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Training Modules
  • As a coach for project managers in acquiring knowledge and achieving their goals
  • Providing methodological support for the production of key deliverables for improvement projects at the client’s site
  • Facilitating workshops during improvement projects
  • Designing, preparing, and facilitating workshops to help teams deliver
  • In project coordination

You will also be asked to analyze client needs and help develop proposals under the supervision of an experienced consultant. And of course, as a Cubik team member, you’ll be involved in day-to-day firm operations: organizing events, implementing visual management systems, marketing, and more. The goal is to integrate you “quickly” into the team and equip you with methodologies that are valuable in both an operational career and a consulting role, as well as to help you develop your skills as a trainer, coach, and field consultant.

Desired Qualifications


You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally gained in the industrial and/or service sectors in roles related to continuous improvement, operational excellence, methods, or processes.

Ideally, you have been trained in—or even certified in—Lean Six Sigma. You are drawn to consulting, training, and the richness of these professions. You possess strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to share knowledge, and a strong client-focused mindset. You want to gain more autonomy, share your passion, develop others’ skills, and support Lean Six Sigma projects in a variety of settings. You want to help build a consulting firm on a human scale that “keeps things simple” and fosters your entrepreneurial spirit. You’re known for your ability to juggle different topics with ease. You’re people-oriented. You prioritize others’ success over your own, and you’re someone others can rely on. If you possess all these qualities, Cubik would love to meet you:
