The Role of the Cubik Consultant
As part of the Cubik Procurement team, you will carry out consulting assignments in Strategy and Organization, helping to implement solutions—particularly in the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain. In this role, you will work either independently or with a project team, depending on the specific assignment:
Within the firm, you will carry out consulting assignments in Strategy and Organization, helping to implement performance drivers and drive the evolution of procurement practices.
You will serve as an operational point of contact on various topics and actively contribute to developing the firm’s expertise and reputation. You will also provide mentoring to junior consultants.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conducting consulting assignments;
- Customer Relationship Management;
- Contributing to the firm’s growth;
- Internal collaboration and support;
- Monitoring and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
A graduate of a business or engineering school (Bac+5), you have significant experience (at least 3 to 5 years) gained in the consulting sector or in a corporate setting, with an international focus—ideally in a procurement role managing complex procurement projects. You take a particularly rigorous approach to your work, demonstrate leadership, and proactively propose solutions that address the major challenges facing clients.
In addition, we expect you to:
- Proficiency in the fundamentals of procurement: expense analysis, sourcing, conducting requests for proposals, negotiation, managing supplier performance, and managing cross-functional projects;
- Knowledge of CSR issues, digital transformation, and approaches to procurement transformation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Independence, attention to detail, a commitment to customer service, and a team spirit;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement management tools (such as SSRM and S2P), and AI technologies tailored to procurement activities;
- Proficiency in business English (spoken and written).
Position based in Paris, with potential for travel within France or internationally.
