More than 450 first- and second-line managers underwent a two-day training program to promote continuous improvement, drive performance, and engage their teams on the front lines.

Background

In the energy sector, first- and second-line managers play a central role in the success of an Operational Excellence initiative. The goal of this training is to develop operational managers capable of promoting best managerial practices on the front lines and engaging their teams in continuous improvement, while understanding the challenges of the initiative, aligning with the group’s overall strategy, and steering an effective operational system.

A two-day in-person training course, with instructional content titled “From a High-Performing Manager to an Efficient Manager, structured around the five key areas of a manager in Operational Excellence.
