This initiative demonstrates our commitment to promoting inclusion and creating tangible opportunities for the talent of tomorrow.

Our Initiatives

Carbon Footprint

We regularly track our carbon emissions to monitor our environmental progress.

Two assessments have already been conducted, in 2022 and 2025, respectively. The results provide insight into how our carbon footprint has changed and the actions we have taken to reduce it.

CSR Roadmap

Our CSR roadmap sets out our priorities in the areas of energy, inclusion, and social responsibility.

The 2025–2027 plan builds on these commitments through clear, measurable goals shared by all our teams, therebystrengthening our approach to sustainable and responsible performance.

Our CSR Policies

Recognizing the climate emergency and the impact of human activities on our planet, we are taking concrete steps to reduce our ecological footprint and actively contribute to the transition to a sustainable economy. Our environmental policy is based on targeted actions that are integrated into our day-to-day operations and our service offerings.

Our priorities:

  • Awareness: 100% of employees trained in eco-friendly practices by 2027.

  • Sustainable Solutions: Development of client solutions that incorporate environmental performance (Lean Energy, Lean Durable® training, and the development of sustainable agricultural supply chains).

Our responsible procurement policy aims to systematically integrate environmental, social, and ethical considerations into every one of our purchasing decisions. This approach is part of our commitment to enhancing the sustainability of our practices and creating a positive impact throughout our supply chain.
